She’s supported the CoS to the President in the West Wing, has served as CoS at the CFPB, the Gates Foundation, and has spent time as a fractional Chief of Staff. She’s a co-founder of The Coul & Gold Group and a partner at Prime Executive Office, a national executive search firm.

This, paired with a background in behavioral health, allows her to view leadership through a practical and a human lens. She focuses on both the processes & leader behaviors that make teams work.
